Remote Support Screen Sharing
When someone needs help with their computer, the fastest path is seeing their screen — without making them install TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or a meeting suite. Sharry is a URL away for both of you.
Built for quick help sessions
- The person you’re helping only opens a browser — no account required to start.
- Send one invite link; they join without typing a Session ID if you use the magic link.
- Peer-to-peer WebRTC keeps the stream between you — good for privacy-sensitive support.
- Free plan works for short sessions; create an account for longer Early Access Pro sessions.
How to run a remote support session
- 01
Ask them to open sharry.live
They create a session on their machine (they’re the host sharing their screen) and copy the invite link.
- 02
You join as the viewer
Open the invite link on your side — or join at sharry.live/join with the Session ID and password they share.
- 03
They share their screen
The host clicks Share Screen and picks the window or display you need to see. Guide them verbally while you watch.
- 04
End when you’re done
Stop sharing or close the session. Nothing is stored as a recording on Sharry’s servers.
Good to know
- Only the host shares video today — viewers watch in real time (ideal for “show me your screen” support).
- Anonymous free sessions are limited (time + one viewer); an account removes those limits during Early Access.
- For TV viewing of a support session, see the TV casting guide.
